Music Director

If you are passionate about music education and performance we have an opportunity for you! If you’ve ever seen the movie “School of Rock” and thought Jack Black’s character had a cool job, this might be a perfect fit! The Shambhala School’s music program is more “Mr. Blue Sky” and less “Für Elise”. Each grade, from Grade 5 to 12, is its own band, and each perform at least two shows a year in the school gym. When our bands aren’t preparing for public performances, they might be filming and recording projects for Youtube, TikTok, or Instagram.

Many of our students are passionate about music and have the talent to match it. They need you to be an exceptional teacher, a source of inspiration, and their number one fan.
